While Republican candidates deliver body blows to one another Barrack Obama is quietly coordinating a unit of the Federal Reserve called the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau [CFPB]. He's doing this without Congressional approval and continues to show his distain and complete disregard for the United States Constitution. This is a highly controversial action and by side stepping Congress the president avoids the public scrutiny that was sure to come.
The [CFPB] was created under the 2000 page Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act. Like Obamacare we're only now finding out how destructive this legislation is and the need for its repeal. The [CFPB] will have no congressional oversight and its funding, under the Federal Reserve, will not be subject to congressional control. It would be virtually impossible to remove its director or overturn any action taken by the bureau, regardless how egregious.
Barrack Obama couldn't care less about protecting the consumer. Left unchecked the [CFPB] will quickly become an Obama slush fund that will be used to ensure his reelection. The well being of our country has nothing to do with Barrack Obama's radical agenda. His vow to fundamentally transform the United States clearly illustrates his distain for our country and its founders.
Polls tell us it was the so called "independent voter" that got Obama elected in 2008. Between now and November these same voters need to wake up, get engaged, and see the damage this president has done and will continue to do. He's got to go!
